Common questions about Membership Billing, Upgrades, Membership Cancelation & Payment options.

In order to take advantage of the significant discount offered during this special event, you must register and pay in full by the deadline.

When checking out, make sure you've:

1. Chosen the correct COUNTRY before trying to enter in your postal code.

2. Enter your postal/zip code TWICE, once for your address and once for your credit card information.  If you are on a phone or tablet device, you may have to scroll to the left to enter your postal/zip code when entering your credit card information.

Yes and no.  If you have a PayPal credit card tied to your PayPal account you can use the card.  You cannot use your PayPal account directly as we only accept credit or debit cards. We are unable to accept any other forms of payment.

 

Absolutely! Contact our support team at [email protected] and we will take care of you!  If you upgrade from yearly to a lifetime membership, we will refund the balance of your remaining months of your yearly subscription (within your current subscription).  Previous payments do not count toward yearly or lifetime upgrades. Please note, if a change is made to your current membership level, your new rate will be the current retail rate at the time of the membership change.

Unfortunately, no. We do not offer a membership "pause". 

To cancel your membership, please visit www.matttommeymentoring.com/cancel. Email communications including cancelation requests received on the weekend will be returned on the following Monday, so plan accordingly. We ask that you don't use Facebook Messenger to contact our team members as it prolongs response times and makes helping you more difficult.

Please understand we are not able to provide member support on the weekends or holidays because we have families too. We appreciate your business.

Please keep in mind, all cancellations must occur, at minimum, at least 48 hours - 2 business days - before your renewal in order to give our office time to process your cancellation.  If your subscription renews over the weekend, please plan accordingly as we are closed on the weekends.  (For example: If your subscription renews on the 5th of the month, you need to contact support no later than the 3rd of the month to cancel.)

Immediately after you join Created to Thrive here on this page, you'll receive a welcome email from [email protected], as well as, a couple of emails from our website giving you access to the program resources. Sometimes these go to SPAM, so make sure you look there and in your Promotions or Advertising area (Gmail, Yahoo) if you don't see the emails in your main inbox.

Once you're in the members website, there's step-by-step instructions in our Getting Started Module. You should start there.

The program is designed in 4 phases that are easily completed within 1 year.  However, many artist choose to extend their learning in a timeframe that works best for them.  There is no such thing as "getting behind" since you can complete the program at your own pace.

Be sure to check your “spam/junk/promotions” folder.  Please add [email protected] to your email contacts to ensure our emails do not get lost in email land.

That's a common concern among artists who are starting Created to Thrive, but not to worry!

The program is designed so that you can walk through it at your own pace. We even have a success tracker built in the website so you know right where you are at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Even our weekly live Q&A sessions with Matt are archived, so you never have to miss anything whether you're on vacation or life just gets busy.

You're not alone! That's why we've designed Created to Thrive on a super-easy-to-use website. If you can log in to a website, follow the path we've laid out for you inside and click on a video, you're good!

Created to Thrive is primarily a community of visual artists, although we have many performing artists and writers who are members. In the program, we teach concepts about artistic, spiritual and business development in the context of the visual arts. However, most of these concepts can be applied to artists in any genre. All creatives who want to grow in their art, business and spiritual life are welcome to become members.

There can only be ONE PRIMARY MEMBER. Sharing program content with someone in your household is allowed.  However,  only the primary member can
have a Facebook profile added to the Created to Thrive private Facebook group and attend member only events (BizChat, CommunityChat, Zoom calls, Facebooks lives and/or live/virtual events.)  If another household member would like to participate fully in the Created to Thrive Artist Mentoring Program, they would need to purchase an individual membership.
