Our customer support team is dedicated to helping you quickly and efficiently Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST. They will respond within 24 hours or less to all requests.
To cancel your membership, please visit http://www.matttommeymentoring.com/cancel. Email communications including cancelation requests received on the weekend will be returned on the following Monday, so plan accordingly. We ask that you don't use Facebook Messenger to contact our team members as it prolongs response times and makes helping you more difficult.
Please understand we are not able to provide member support on the weekends or holidays because we have families too. We appreciate your business.
